Our Housing Program was Created be a safe haven for the overlooked population of Individuals . Holding Hearts Homes is a supportive housing program for men and women that can live independently. We take pride in creating supportive housing for justice-impacted, homeless, veterans, seniors, and the mentally disabled . Many times these individuals are often forgot about or left to fend for themselves when it comes to housing and we are here to bridge the gap and be assistance and support to those in need.
